Due to the huge workload we are working through I had one committee to devote to the topic. We are looking to make legislative changes

@ironpigsmoke @shoesonplease Sorry for the confusion here. There seems to be a misunderstanding. Oversight committees are ran differently than the typical legislative committee. They will have presentations on a specific topic then members question the presenter. Legislative/approps take public comment.
