State Representative for District 37A | Proudly representing the communities of Corcoran, Greenfield, Independence, Loretto, Maple Grove, Maple Plain, & Medina
Astonishing and problematic numbers unveiled by the Minnesota Department of Human Services today. Of the 5,583 high-risk providers reviewed by DHS, only 37% (2,061) were revalidated and allowed to continue providing services. My thoughts below.
Yesterday, I talked with Newsmax about how Congresswoman Ilhan Omar has ghosted our Minnesota House fraud committee and refuses to answer our questions about any of her potential connections to the Feeding Our Future scandal.
Ilhan Omar’s former District Director falsely claimed in an email to Chair Robbins that the MEALS Act she authored “never even passed,” apparently trying to distance Rep. Omar from the historic fraud scandal unfolding in Minnesota.
That is plainly untrue.

The Minnesota House has approved legislation creating an independent Office of Inspector General, which will work to root out fraud after $9 BILLION was swindled from taxpayers. A major step forward towards stopping the fraud epidemic in our state!
Is election reform in Minnesota really needed? Nearly a year after learning nearly 600 fake voter registrations were collected in Minneapolis, those registrations STILL have not been permanently removed from the voter rolls; they’ve only been reclassified as “inactive.”
This week, the House fraud committee tried to subpoena court case records where Representative Ilhan Omar's office was in communication with the Feeding Our Future fraudsters. Not one Democrat would support the move, so the subpoena will not move forward.
BREAKING: Chair Robbins just made a motion to SUBPOENA Ilhan Omar after she missed today's deadline to provide documents relating to her involvement in the Feeding Our Future fraud scheme.
Democrats failed to do one of the Legislature’s most basic jobs: electing members to the University of Minnesota Board of Regents.
That failure gave Gov. Walz unusual influence over the process.
Chair Kristin Robbins: “We are trying to preserve legislative authority”
The National News Desk's @GeoffHarrisTV sat down with Minnesota fraud prevention chair & State @RepRobbins to discuss the Feeding Our Future scandal.

Chair Robbins asks the Walz Administration: "Many of the Feeding our Future sites were also childcare sites. 30 still have active licenses. Please tell us how you've reviewed those sites and what guardrails are on them."
Governor Walz wants to put a new tax on social media companies based on the number of Minnesota consumers they serve. I don't think the state should gain value from citizens’ data.
We invited Governor Walz to our fraud committee hearing today to address the repeated failures that have happened on his watch. He didn't show up, even though he was in town to make his State of the State address tonight.
Why did Attorney General Ellison allow fraudulent organizations in Minnesota to dissolve? And why didn’t he try to get back some of the millions of dollars that were swindled? We wanted him to answer these questions in our fraud committee this week, but he did not show up.
We wanted Congresswoman Ilhan Omar to speak before our fraud committee this week to discuss how the Feeding our Future scandal started and the role she may have played in it. She never responded.
Another vector of fraud we have been working on for months - another web of ownership, programs, & whistleblowers in the Adult Mental Health Initiative (AMHI) program. Great reporting by @AJInvestigates 👇
A tale of two parties: House Republicans are prioritizing bills that will allow you to keep more of what you earn, while Democrats are once again trying to raise your taxes!
