Rep Ryan Chamberlin

Ryan Chamberlin is a Husband, Father, Entrepreneur and a Conservative Republican member of the House of Representatives in the State of Florida - District 24

[Rep Ryan Chamberlin @RepRyanC]

Look at what they’ve found money for while they threaten essential services..

These numbers come from Florida DOGE’s audit of city spending:

📍 Jacksonville: $75,000 for a hologram of the mayor at the airport
📍 Orlando: $450,000 to count every city tree
📍 Gainesville: $189,000 a year for a director of equity and inclusion
📍 St. Petersburg: $258,000 in city utility and EMS funds to support Pride events
📍 Pensacola: $150,000 a year to a company that books drags shows at the city’s theatre

📍 And many more items like this across our state!!!

So before anyone threatens your police or firefighters.. why not cut THIS first??

Vote YES on 3 🇺🇸

[Rep Ryan Chamberlin @RepRyanC]

You’re Paying Taxes on your equity! (unrealized gains)

Amendment 3 is like hitting the temporary reset button.

Our counties will still have record amounts of funding.

If we cut the waste there is no need for the counties to cut Police or Fire. And there is not need for them to raise taxes on any business.

Its time to prioritize spending. We have plenty of funding!

VOTE Yes on 3 and then let’s come back and overhaul

[Rep Ryan Chamberlin @RepRyanC]

After Amendment 3 passes it’s time to come back and overhaul the entire system.

That’s why I wrote this book. And its currently #1 on Amazon

Then lets make Florida the 1st state in the United States where you can truly own your home!

[Rep Ryan Chamberlin @RepRyanC]

Amendment 3 secures a 20-25% pay raise for all of our counties..

It stops the abnormal 50% - 4 year increase, that no one expected.

A3 moves us toward true home ownership and helps force more accountability for our government spending.

The 12 billion decrease is just a decrease in wasted spending while securing an all time high amount for Police, Fire, and Schools.

VOTE YES on 3 and then let’s come back and overhaul the entire system.

[Rep Ryan Chamberlin @RepRyanC]

They were THRIVING on $45 billion..

Now it’s $65 BILLION and climbing… (off the BACKS of homeowners by the way) - and they still want more???

Amendment 3 just trims it back by $12 billion. (New total $53B)

They STILL keep a RECORD HIGH amount of funding.

Vote YES on 3 - then let’s come back and OVERHAUL the entire system.

[Rep Ryan Chamberlin @RepRyanC]

If you love PROPERTY TAXES so much - you are always welcome to DONATE your money by NOT TAKING THE EXEMPTION.

VOTE YES on 3 and lets just LOWER in increase.

After this is approved our counties will have received a 10 Billion dollar raise in the past 4 years.

Let’s make history!

[Rep Ryan Chamberlin @RepRyanC]

Most counties are acting shocked that Amendment 3 is here.

The fact is over the last several years there have been aggressive conversations about the abnormal rise in property taxes. I’ve had hundreds of converations.

The counties have had plenty of time to discuss solutions. Instead they just kept spending the increase - 100% of it.

They have never presented me with 1 solution.

And now they don’t want to fix it.

Our Counties do not have a REVENUE problem. They have a SPENDING problem.

The Amendment is FOR THE PEOPLE - Vote Yes!

And then lets come back and overhaul the entire system.

[Rep Ryan Chamberlin @RepRyanC]

Makes sense to me :) @JudsonSapp

America’s premier advocacy organization for lower taxes, Americans for Tax Reform, recommends Yes on 3!

[Rep Ryan Chamberlin @RepRyanC]

One final thought before you vote..

[Rep Ryan Chamberlin @RepRyanC]

Our @GovRonDeSantis fighting for the people. YES on 3

A3 just LOWERS the INCREASE, and moves us a step closer to true home ownership!

[Ron DeSantis @GovRonDeSantis]

In just the past seven years, property tax revenues across Florida’s 67 counties have increased nearly 100 percent. Local governments are taking in almost twice as much money—for more than the inflation in population has increased.

The State of Florida has reduced its budget FOUR YEARS in a row. Local governments can surely do the same.

Amendment 3 creates a path to full elimination of property taxes for homesteaded Floridians. It also provides immediate and meaningful relief for Florida residents by expanding the homestead exemption from non-school property taxes. Vote YES on Amendment 3!

[Rep Ryan Chamberlin @RepRyanC]

Counties got a $20-22 BILLION raise they never expected. Amendment 3 just lowers some of this increase.

They STILL keep a RECORD HIGH amount..

Let’s cut the WASTE FIRST.. not your safety!

Don’t let scare tactics stop you from lowering your property tax bill.

VOTE YES on 3 🇺🇸

[Rep Ryan Chamberlin @RepRyanC]

In case you were wondering what we mean by cutting waste first…

In this video I highlight a few things you probably would have NEVER voted yes for, but your Property TAXES are paying for them. (And there are hundreds more items like this across the State - embarrasing)

Police and Fire should be the LAST thing cut, but they are now the first thing being threatened.

VOTE YES on Amendment 3 and then lets come back and overhaul the entire system.

[Rep Ryan Chamberlin @RepRyanC]

Are you still wondering about Amendment 3?

Yesterday I had to privilege to be interviewed by the legend of Bob Rose.

The questions, answers, and comments in this interview should be all you need to vote YES on Amendment 3 👇

When Amendment 3 passes this is how we will have zero cuts to anything vitally important!!

Our counties have received so much money they are now spending it on things we would never vote yes for.

Cut the waste and lower property taxes.

Vote YES on Amendment 3!!

[Rep Ryan Chamberlin @RepRyanC]

Agreed!

[Jonathan Martin @JonMartinEsq]

With all the experts and local government advocates talking about delaying property tax reform in favor of a "perfect policy" that might come along in the future, I haven't heard a single proposal or even basic framework that they'd support.
Don't let them scare you away from voting Yes on Amendment 3 just so they can scare you again in two years if there are additional measures on the ballot.

[Rep Ryan Chamberlin @RepRyanC]

Who’s with me? #VoteYesOn3 #Amendment3 #Florida

This is about LOWERING the STATE’s Increase! Not about CUTTING BUDGETS

We’ve gone from 45B to 65B in 4 years. This lowers the increase to 53-55B - and leaves plenty of revenue.

Don’t be threatened to think otherwise. We will still have a record amount of funding, and property taxes will continue to go up

VOTE YES on 3 to rein it in, and then let’s come back and overhaul the entire system.

[Rep Ryan Chamberlin @RepRyanC]

After we pass Amendment 3 we need to overhaul the entire system.

If we don’t - The next generation will simply not be able to afford a home.

A few years ago the first time buyer was 29 yrs old. Today they are 41-42. Pretty soon you’ll have to be retired!

VOTE YES on 3 and then let’s stop this trend!

[Rep Ryan Chamberlin @RepRyanC]

If you haven’t noticed - our counties are threatening to cut Police and Fire unless you Vote NO on 3

Remember - they received a 20-22 billion dollar pay raise, they weren’t expecting.

Amendment 3 just takes some of that back.

They still have plenty. (RECORD HIGH)

Why aren’t they offering to CUT the WASTE? Instead they’re threatening your safety.

VOTE YES ON 3
