@bradleyforco @PamLongCO @HealthFreedomNC It was only about 8K that were discharged. The worst part was the General discharges. I hated the lies of COVID & being forced to get the vaccine as a SM. Glad there’s been a lot of corrections made at the DoW & we aren’t required to get flu shots either anymore. Pam is Great!

BIG WIN today in the House!! The bill Speaker McCluskie intended to introduce today to slap back at citizens’ initiative to maintain Natural Gas is DEAD!! Big shout out to @RepCaldwell for leading the tactical patience fight and making Day 1 of the last week a WIN for COLORADO!!

I supported this bill. I fully support Law Enforcement, but I support the Constitutional Rights more. If our agencies are not being funded enough to do the work, we should fund them better not incentivize gray-area revenue.

HB26-1250 — What it does (and what it doesn’t do):

This bill is about fixing broken incentives and restoring accountability.

✔️ Addresses gaps in how the system is currently being applied
✔️ Removes structures that reward the wrong outcomes
✔️ Brings clarity and fairness back into the process

❌ It does NOT do what opponents are claiming
❌ It does NOT expand government overreach

I have to ask, will the GOP try to kill this in Finance as they attempted in committee before?

Frankly, I don’t think they fully understand what this bill actually does.

This bill will be heard TODAY.

Another point of clarity. I don’t believe I was forcibly removed from Judiciary today. I didn’t sit through the hearing when it was first read. It wouldn’t have been fair to me or to the bill for me to vote on it today. I was on the fence before its initial hearing. I leaned yes.
