My bill to reduce cell phone access in schools has passed the #PAHouse Education Committee and now heads to the full House for consideration. By reducing digital distractions, students would have a more productive learning environment to focus on school, not social media.

Paraquat, which is part of the first generation of commercial pesticides, has killed thousands of people across the globe.

It has been linked to Parkinson’s disease and childhood leukemia, and research has found that it can harm people both after a single exposure and after repeated, low-level exposures.  Even a small amount can be fatal. We must ban paraquat now.
