It’s too simple. Technology exists to do it. An eye and a thumb are both unique to a person. Elections could be done on an App with eye/thumb verification. Anyone who has a disability, could still process a paper ballot. It’s only a lack of will to fix it.

The current elections are intended to be subverted.
