Nottingham residents spoke loud and clear yesterday, but our fight is far from over.
We need a statewide moratorium on new data centers until we have guardrails that protect Granite Staters from being sold out to big corporations and defend the interests of our communities.
2028 Watch: @SenatorHassan - in making the case for NH #FITN at @TheDemocrats Rules & Bylaws Cmte meeting on the next nominating calendar, says "the stakes are just too high to nominate someone who can't stand up to tough questions, who never had their authenticity put to the test, or who doesn't have experience winning independent voters. This isn't about tradition or history, as proud of that as I am. New Hampshire should go first, not because we created and hosted the first direct primary 100 years ago. We should go first because we're the best state to help our party win two years from now" #nhpolitics
Here's the video that will accompany the @NHDems presentation to the DNC Rules & Bylaws Committee later this morning, as they seek to restore #FITN status for New Hampshire on their party's presidential nominating calendar. #NHPolitics#WMUR
That's a wrap on our 2026 convention! New Hampshire Democrats are united, focused, and ready to win up and down the ballot in November. 168 days. LFG. #NHPolitics
.@AndyBeshearKY knows that who your governor is has never mattered more than it does now.
Thanks for coming to New Hampshire and firing us up for November!
Let’s go do this.
Opened our first field office in Manchester this weekend.
While national Republicans pump millions of dollars into this race, our grassroots team is working hard to show them New Hampshire can’t be bought.
Excited to host @DemGovs Chair @AndyBeshearKY for a grassroots fundraiser!
Governor Beshear has proven that leaders who focus on the issues that matter most to working families can win anywhere — exactly how we’ll win this November.
See you there! https://t.co/cEChBXm0Bs
I grew up in a region where they told us that if you wanted to make something of yourself, you had to get out. After I did, I began to understand what it means to be from somewhere.
A lot of people in rural, lower-income, and industrial communities hear that same message. But it doesn't have to be that way.
Thanks for the warm welcome, Tulsa.
.@JamesTalarico: I’m an elderly millennial. I can’t stay up past 10pm, my joints ache, and my younger cousins call me cringe. They also call me ‘unc,’ whatever that means. But Gen Z — freed from illusions — is uniquely suited to lead us at this moment.
Many of you grew up on the For You Page. The endless scroll is emblematic of what humans have been doing for hundreds of thousands of years: searching. If we scroll past one more tweet, one more TikTok, maybe we’ll find what we’re looking for — the one that will make us feel something.
But what you’re looking for can’t be found on artificial platforms run by billionaires. It’s within you.
Today’s Supreme Court decision effectively guts a key pillar of the Voting Rights Act, freeing state legislatures to gerrymander legislative districts to systematically dilute and weaken the voting power of racial minorities - so long as they do it under the guise of “partisanship” rather than explicit “racial bias.” And it serves as just one more example of how a majority of the current Court seems intent on abandoning its vital role in ensuring equal participation in our democracy and protecting the rights of minority groups against majority overreach.
The good news is that such setbacks can be overcome. But that will only happen if citizens across the country who cherish our democratic ideals continue to mobilize and vote in record numbers - not just in the upcoming midterms or in high profile races, but in every election and every level.
We spoke with the Jewish New Hampshire lawmaker targeted by an antisemitic NH GOP state rep on how she feels as top Republican leaders in the state refuse to condemn members of their own party calling for a "final solution" against her.
Speaking before the committee, Rep. Corcoran made no apology to Rep. Jess Grill, the Jewish lawmaker he called for a “final solution” towards.
He repeatedly dismissed his comments as a joke despite previously clearly stating they were not a joke.
“I wasn’t joking.” #NHPolitics
Don’t forget: Last year, Kelly Ayotte took a maxed-out campaign contribution from Sig Sauer — just 22 days after granting them legal immunity legislation — even as their firearms were wounding law enforcement officers. #NHPolitics

Rep. Loren Selig, prime sponsor of HB 1705, in Seacoast Online: “Early access to care prevents suffering. It saves money. It protects families. It strengthens communities.” Read the full Op-Ed below. #NHPolitics https://t.co/USxaTXjUmc
For years, the New Hampshire state government has been downshifting essential costs to cities and towns.
The signing of HB 1815 doubles down on this strategy of neglect. #MHT#NHPolitics

Why has Kelly Ayotte remained silent? Her fear of the wrath from the freestater cult is astonishing. I can understand her fear of the MAGA cult but cannot understand her fear of the small group of extremists who have burrowed into the NHGOP. Speak up Kelly.
It was really fun to welcome my daughter Rosie and her classmates to the State House today.
I still remember my fourth grade field trip to Concord. Maybe one of Rosie’s classmates will be back here someday as a member of our citizen legislature...
This is how it starts.
