I am proud to continue the fight for workers' rights with the reintroduction of the Restoring Justice for Workers Act to end forced arbitration in employment contracts. This legislation closes a loophole that employers could use to prevent their employees from seeking justice for employer wrongdoing. Workers deserve the right to advocate for themselves in response to unfair treatment, wage theft, and workplace harassment. I am confident that this bill would empower employees to participate fully and fairly in our workforce, and I thank @PattyMurray & @BobbyScott for their leadership on this issue.
