Thrilled for @Rach_11391 to be back on the pitch after a tough ride through ACL rehab. Stayed focus and kept working. Her minutes yesterday totally deserved ๐
ACL reconstruction rehabilitation is not all about quad activation, squats and lunges. Full body movement, knee rom and loading patterns in gait must be addressed initially for the most effective recovery and to avoid the two steps forward one step back situation #ACL2021
