@bob_morocco@AlexiLalas But their conclusions leave a lot to be desired. Essentially, they say coaches do impact certain things in certain sports, but there is no guarantee that the impact from the individual coach will sustain season to season.
"[GARBLED NOISES]...THE MADNESS OF MESSI ARRIVES! ASTONISHING PASS. HE DOESN'T PULL PASSES, OR RABBITS OUT OF HIS MAGIC HAT, HE PULLS KANGAROOS, TO SINK HIS FAMOUS FIRE INTO THE HEARTS OF THE FLYING GARYS!" - Ray Hudson
Pepi will get his looks for PSV this season. No doubt about that, but with Sargent starting the season hot and Balo being Balo, you have to wonder about the USMNT Striker pecking order for September Friendlies.
The strongest interest for Folarin Balogun until now has been from AS Monaco, and they remain interested - I expect new bid for Balogun soon. Let’s see if English clubs will try too, but at the moment it’s just about being informed rather than any concrete negotiations. With Chelsea, the links come because Balogun shares an agent with Romeo Lavia, but I’m not aware of direct contacts between Chelsea and Arsenal, no bids, it’s just normal contacts between agents, not a proper negotiation.

@MLS_Buzz The path for "2nd tier" SA exports has always been Netherlands, Portugal, Belgium, Russia. These are the leagues that have been affected by MLS buying up 2nd tier SA talent. I'd like to see that comparison. I'd bet it's favorable.
