Every single flight into/out of Reagan National Airport (DCA) has been cancelled because of the snow/ice.
The airport tells me all 8 airlines that serve DCA have officially called off flights for Sunday. @nbcwashington

BREAKING - Maryland Transportation officials will vote on a plan to build two new 4 lane spans across the Chesapeake Bay and REMOVE the existing Bay Bridge spans. The vote is expected Thursday. If the plan goes forward, construction could start 2032. @nbcwashington

Making this ABUNDANTLY clear - a plane did not crash at Dulles International Airport. A United Airlines 777-200 made an emergency landing after experiencing engine failure during departure. The smoke you see was caused by a brush fire, which is now out.
