We can’t urge this enough, don’t drive or wade through floodwater. It’s dangerous to do and creates unnecessary risk for the first responders sent for rescue.

BREAKING: We are at the Isle of Palms where the Coast Guard says they have received reports of a flair. They say it happened at the exact same time the rocket launch from Cape Canaveral happened, which could be what it was. Nonetheless, they are sending crews to search the water.
