①右脚を真っ直ぐ後ろに伸ばし両手を床につけ、左手を右肩に添える
②左手を真っ直ぐ天井に向けて上げる
③両手を床につけ指を伸ばし両膝を伸ばし起き上がる
④上体を床と垂直に起こし、両膝を90度に曲げ、両手を胸の前で組む

逆側も行い完了。

筋トレ前・起床直後・デスクワークの合間、どこでも使える。

5カ所を同時にリセットできる動作はこれ以外にほぼない。10分かけて複数のストレッチをやるより、これを30秒やる方が実用的に価値が高い。

1日30秒で、8時間の座りっぱなしを帳消しにする動作がある。

大げさではない。座りっぱなしで何が起きているかを先に説明する。

長時間座ると腸腰筋（股関節の奥にある深層筋）が縮んだまま固まる。すると骨盤が前に引っ張られ、連動して臀筋（お尻の筋肉）が正常に使えなくなる。臀筋が死ぬと腰椎（腰の骨）が代わりに負荷を引き受ける。腰が痛くなる。胸椎（背中の骨）が固まり、肩と首が代償を始める。

これは意志や姿勢の問題ではない。座るという行為が引き起こす、構造的な機能不全だ。

「ワールド・グレイテスト・ストレッチ」はこの連鎖を全部まとめて解除する。

股関節屈筋（脚を持ち上げる筋肉）・ハムストリングス（太もも裏）・胸椎・足首・肩。座りっぱなしで壊れる5カ所を、1つの動作で同時にリセットする。世界最高と呼ばれる理由はここにある。

正直、30秒のストレッチで何かが変わるとは思っていなかった。私自身、ストレッチ全般を「時間の割に効果が薄い」と軽視していた時期が長かった。

続けて2週間くらいで感覚が変わった。朝の腰の詰まりがない。肩が軽い。これだけで午前中の集中力が別物になる。

Utterly shocked and saddened to hear the news about @Cimoooooooo. I didn't know Alex personally but we spoke often on Discord. He always had amazing ideas and requests for new features on YGOPRODeck and I always really enjoyed the back and forth we had. We worked closely together on the Master Duel Arena feature which we were both extremely proud of.

He was such a respectful, kind man and I consider myself extremely lucky to have had the benefit of being able to work with him. The last feature we implemented together was the Set Rotation feature on YGOPRODeck and there was always plans for more. It was fun and exciting and I always looked forward to it. Such as the man he was, he brought a certain joy to development.

May he rest in peace. Alex, you will be missed.
