Here we go again. Three anti-abortion AGs filed yet another legal challenge to the availability of mifepristone.

This time they’re targeting state shield laws that protect clinicians who mail medication abortion pills to banned or restricted states.

But that's not all 🧵

❌Block minors from using mifepristone

❌Restrict the drug’s use after 7 weeks of pregnancy (The FDA currently allows its use up to 10 weeks of pregnancy)

❌Require in-person dispensing from a physician
