Abortion providers have been fighting 84.20 in the courts, starting in 2003. Why is our government spending money in court instead of on health care?

The NB government is breaking the law.
Regulation 84.20, which bans medicare reimbursement for abortions done outside hospital, is unconstitutional, illegal, and unethical.
Not to mention that abortions provided outside of hospitals cost the tax-payer less & reduce

- The only place where pregnant people can access a surgical abortion outside of a hospital in the Maritime provinces
