Just look at these photos, and you'll get it.

Right now in CCP China, with sky-high rents and heavy economic pressure, many young people in big cities can't afford their own place, so they end up "bedpooling" with strangers.

It's said that on Chinese social platforms, "bedpooling/bed sharing" rental ads and bedmate-wanted posts are everywhere. To save money, many young people not only share a room with others but even sleep in the same bed.

So now in China, we've got "carpooling," "meal sharing," and "bed sharing."

They say sharing a bed can save you about hundreds or over a thousand yuan ($148) per month, depending on the rent of one room.
