The only way to cause health-care costs to fall immediately would be to blow up the system. 1) Get rid of all defined benefit plan restrictions and impositions on both insurers and the insured, 2) permit anyone with or without insurance to have an HSA and contribute huge amounts, 3) allow employees to leave company plans, 4) unleash the actuaries on individual risk, 5) break up the medical monopoly even in schooling.

Republicans are not prepared to do those things. As a result, they are going to pay the political price for what is actually the fault of Obamacare. IDIOTS!
