We empower our customers on their journey to an invigorated life through better rest. It’s our mission to breathe new life into overall health and performance.
At the start of this year, we committed ourselves to help provide enough ventilators to the Australian government to prepare for COVID-19. We thank Health Minister Greg Hunt for stopping by our Sydney HQ today to show his appreciation. It was a privilege to be able to help.
We're super excited to share this short video by the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources. It discusses our history in sleep technology, our recent efforts to build enough ventilators for COVID-19, and how we will help take Australian innovation to the next level

For the last day of my #restup challenge and #sleepdiary, I'm glad to report 8 hours of sleep. I haven't always succeeded in my goals, but I'm much more conscious of my sleep habits, and it's something I intend to continue to be. I hope you will too. #sleep

It was another night of broken sleep due to a sick toddler. I think I started my #restup challenge with my daughter being unwell, and it seems it will finish this way too – but c'est la vie. There are some nights where it's out of your control.

Sunday nights are usually a quiet affair in my household. But when your child has a cold, you're sure to be regularly awakened when they're upset. I still count 7 hours of sleep toward my #restup goals, but the arousals do affect your sleep quality. #sleep

Unlike my younger days, I now spend more time sleeping on Friday and Saturday nights and not sleeping until noon on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Thanks to #restup, I got some great sleep the last two nights and looking forward to the same again now. #sleep

After a dinner party that went later than expected, I slept well and on time last night. However, the few glasses of wine I had left me feeling a bit groggy this morning. I think I'll #restup and take it easy this #Fridaynight to recover for the weekend. #sleep

7 hours of sleep and 7am wake-up time today. I'll do a count of how many days I achieved my #restup goals, but glad to reach Day 31. That's an entire month of committing to my #sleep goals and writing about it. It's been a month of positive change. #sleepdiary

My #restup goals of getting to bed by 11pm and sleeping at least 7 hours a night have not only helped me sleep better but also eat better. I've even started to exercise too. Some say it's the third pillar of health – I think it's the foundation. #healthyliving

With just over a week to go in the #resmed#restup challenge, I'm determined to make every hour of #sleep count. Last night I achieved 7 hours of sleep, but after a busy morning of work, I needed a short 30 min lunchtime #powernap to recharge.

Last night I got 7.5 hours of sleep after sleeping at 11:30pm and waking up at 7am. If you wish to start a #sleepdiary, it can be as simple as recording your bedtime, wakeup time and hours of sleep achieved. #restup#keepitsimple#sleep

Last night was a #restup fail due to an all-night gaming binge. I blame yesterday's #Playstation5 release date announcement for that. With my inner gamer uncaged, I'll have to resist buying the next-gen #PS5. It'll be a sleep killer for sure. #nosleepgamer

Day 24 - I was tempted to stay up last night for some 'me time', but I'm glad I stuck to my #restup goals instead. With 8 hours of sleep and an early wake-up, I had a quiet morning all to myself, with my family sound asleep in bed. #metime#riseandshine

My go-to afternoon beverage kept me up past midnight last night. It's no surprise, though; caffeine has a half-life of 5 hours. That means at 1am I've would still have 1/4 the amount of caffeine I initially consumed at 3pm! #caffeineisbad#nocoffee

Day 22 - I went to bed on time last night, but I woke up a tired. It was probably the 2 beers I had, but I'm going to take the #ResMed online sleep assessment to give myself checkup. It's free and takes only a few minutes. #restup#sleep#sleephealth

Day 20 - It's easier to sleep early and wake up on time when you have something worthwhile to do. Today it was the #USOpen final, tomorrow it'll be for my #morningrun, and the next day for my yoga class. On lazy days, it's for food. #selfmotivation#whateverworks
#drewssleepdiary
Yesterday was the halfway stage of the #restup challenge, so I gave myself a day off my #sleepdiary and a night off my sleep goals. Like dieting, I think it's okay to have a #cheatday. I'll be in bed soon and up early tomorrow for the #USOpen final, though!

Day 17 - It's #RUOKDay, and I'm feeling better than OK after 8 hours of quality sleep. For me, a good night's rest is like a stroll by the seaside or through the woods. It can diminish stress and put things into perspective the next day. #RUOK#sleep#restup

Day 16 - I was hoping to start the day with an early morning run, but it's raining and cold. My body refused, and I slept in instead. It's no excuse for being lazy, but sometimes your body knows best and when to rest. #coldmorning#starttomorrow#restup
