*blows off the dust* Hello again. This isn't the usual "totally forgetting we have an account" thing; just not sure how we feel about X. Anyway, until we figure that out, CHECK IT! Our first ever University of Sheffield Researcher Wellbeing Conference: https://t.co/kX4EcsCDiG 🤩
What better day than #WorldMentalHealthDay2022 to get back to Twitter?

Next week is Researcher Wellbeing Week at @sheffielduni
We have a programme of workshops, discussions and social events aimed to help support your wellbeing - it's not the week we were planning at the start of the year, but we hope it helps. https://t.co/ZiCgyyCSiJ
@JoFeanelwa Hey, Jo. That sounds really tough. Is there anything we can do to help? DM/email if you think there is.
One of the reasons we run #researchwell is that we know we can't fix everything (well, not all at once!), so we try to help ppl find ways to feel better, while we keep trying.
Hey. 🙂 If you're a researcher at the University of Sheffield, why not join us & other researchers for a cuppa and a chat at our weekly tea@three? Wednesday 10th June, 3pm.
No booking, no agenda, just a break. And maybe a biscuit.
Get the Meet link here: https://t.co/NElplAK2zh
Everyone has a different tolerance for caffeine, but it's worth keeping an eye on your intake, in case it's impacting your sleep or making you feel more anxious than usual (probably none of us need THAT, right now!).
It's simple & obvious, sometimes a little reminder can help.☕️
Day 3 of our 30 days of #researchwell
If you're a researcher at the University of Sheffield, why not join us for a cuppa and a chat at our weekly tea@three?

Researcher Wellbeing Week is 22nd- 28th June and, this year, is perhaps more needed than ever. The 30 Days of #ResearchWell doesn’t aim to fix things, but can be a useful reminder to take some time out - especially when your usual self-care routine might be impacted by covid19.
1st Steps in Mindfulness is a free 4 week online course giving an intro to mindfulness meditation, so you can explore the benefits this can bring to your health & wellbeing.
It's is taught by trained & experienced NHS Professionals who are mindfulness teachers. 😀

Self-kindness is just as important as being kind to others. Often people struggle with this but yet we know it helps improve our mood & anxieties. We asked our colleagues their thoughts on being kind to yourself #kindnessmatters#mentalheathawarenessweek
