@ThreeUKSupport Yes spoken to bank and spoken with fraud team a number of times. Each time, request a call back from the manager and nothing. Left £3.5k down with no number, no bank cards just before Christmas. Absolute joke

@ThreeUKSupport Someone changed my account to a different provider and then accessed my bank account details and transferred over £3500. Each time I request a call back from a manger...nothing!

@ThreeUKSupport doing anything. Been told on three occasions someone would phone back and had nothing. Don’t seem to care that this has happened and tell me I’ve cancelled my contract. Been a customer for over 15 years and utterly disappointed with their customer service
