You are uniquely qualified to study what you're studying and to be sharing the knowledge that you're writing and presenting. You belong. You are good enough. Your work is making the world a better place.
We are very happy with the topics we will get to see at our #conference (6th-8th October) from a truly international crowd! Currently working on our schedule, so keep an eye out!

Ah yes, but what about neurodivergents? Anything and everything is a distraction. One of our co-founders struggles with ADHD - they interrupt themselves 24/7. Turning off the phone is completely superfluous. They will find something else.
According to Harvard Business Review, on average, we get interrupted 50 to 60 times per day at work. If you want to get work done, turning on silent mode on your phone (and putting it very far away) is a crucial first step. And yes, that includes Twitter!
