📺: The United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) recently published a Duty to Warn Notification.
In the U.S. intelligence and military community, a “Duty to Warn” (DTW) is a formal protocol based on Intelligence Community Directive 191.
It requires agencies to notify individuals or groups if there’s credible, specific information about an intentional threat to life or serious bodily harm planned against them, even if the targets are not U.S. persons or the threat originates abroad.
This stems from ethical and legal obligations to prevent harm when possible. DTWs are typically issued when intelligence indicates a targeted threat, such as from terrorists, foreign adversaries, or criminal elements.
They’re not public announcements but are disseminated internally or to affected parties to promote vigilance without compromising sources.
The notification informs recipients about a recent DTW regarding a potential terrorist threat including Retired senior officials from the Department of Defense (DoD) who previously served in roles related to the Syria/Iraq theater (likely referring to operations against I$I$, al-Q@eda, or other groups in those regions during conflicts like Operation Inherent Resolve).
The threat is centered in Florida, where many military retirees reside due to its veteran-friendly environment, bases, and climate.

“Here’s the truth. Trump’s tariffs didn’t hurt the American consumer. They hurt globalist corporations who are overcharging Americans all while profiting off of huge profits by cheap labor. Now they’re getting exploited by the very factories they exploited themselves.”
@StatisticUrban Canada has never been our ally! It’s ok for them to put tariffs on American goods but not for us to reciprocate. A worthless military and a society who enjoys paying 60% in taxes.
