It's done: our team has submitted its final research report. It was an intense time, but we have exciting results on the positive effects of local elections on peace in Nepal. We will have the opportunity to present these results tomorrow in the plenary of the DIE.
Which relevance do the local elections have for societal relations in Nepal🧐? Disussing this and other questions with our interviewees helps us a lot to delve further into the political and social sphere of Nepal💡! Thanks to everyone who already exchanged with us🥳🌎💻🤗
In coordination with local authorities, Save the Children reached out to 100 families affected by fire in Narainapur Rural Municipality, Banke yesterday. We were there with baby kits, student kits, and water filter.

Instead of conducting field research, the current situation forces us to work in our #homeoffice. But we make the best out of this situation, for example by using online whiteboards to brainstorm together virtually 💻🌎. What are your favorite tools for teamwork during #lockdown?
We have a busy week ahead of us! Not only will we be finalising the questionnaire so that our survey on #localelections in #Nepal can be launched as soon as possible, but we are also writing, editing and streamlining our pre-report.📚🖊️💻
