Former WNBA Player @NieshaButler broke barriers by opening the first Afro-Latina STEM program in Brooklyn. Butler launched @SteamChamps for children 6+ interested in technology, science, coding. She hopes to make STEM education accessible to children of all backgrounds✊🏽✊🏾✊🏿.

Ruth Chungi was a successful undergrad student & leader. She helped organize & analyze data for Dr. Long's current NSF grant. In 2021, she earned her BS in AE. She now works for Delta & still keeps in touch with Dr. Long.

Olivia stayed to pursue an MS degree. She has received scholarship money for her studies. She has been a grad assistant coach for her old volleyball team. She will graduate soon & has a goal of becoming a user experience designer for @Google
