As an editor of a religious blog, you’d think “discernment” and “humility” would be a requirement. I pray he listens, reflects, and retracts.

@Dr_Col_Jenni We talk about SMART goals a lot in counseling. Make sure your goals are Specific, Measurable (progress is quantifiable), Achievable (creating smaller goals), Relevant, and Time-Bound (put a date on it!). Ex. "I will lose 5lbs by 7/15/23."
