@RositaStellar@Plzthinkcanada@Ben_oharabyrne The revised riding does not exist until Parliament is dissolved and the writs are drawn. The MP from the previous election continues to represent voters in that geography until the end of the session.
@calmecam@Tainley_Sir Existing members of the executive council (including the premier) don’t lose a single power/privilege until the second they resign or are replaced by the LG the day of a cabinet shuffle—interestingly enough elections have no impact on this.

He was very obviously talking about what happened in 2014 when they closed leamington, laid off 700 people, and switched to the US to save money.
They restarted production in Canada in 2020.
