@dhlexpressuk Drivers ‘not in area’ so reassigning pick up of my parcel over and over again for 2 days. Isn’t the clue in the job description?? If the driver isn’t in the area doesn’t the driver drive to said area? Isn’t that the actual point of having drivers? To drive???
