The Women’s National Basketball Association has suspended Alyssa Thomas for punching Caitlin Clark’s throat, which was labelled a “cheap shot,” and the league continues to be blasted for poor officiating and lack of protection > https://t.co/LankTyhWty

Imprisoned fathers at Angola Prison spend Father's Day outside of prison with their sons, thanks to Christian organization 'God Behind Bars.'
For some fathers, it was the first time they had ever spent a whole day with their sons.
62 boys got to fish, play sports, and BBQ with their dads, many for the first time.
"Each dad wrote his son a personal letter and handed him a Bible to take home. Words of love, apology, hope, faith, and legacy were shared face to face..." the organization said.
Awesome.
OU finished 11th in the SEC (14-16), went 0-1 in Hoover, and trailed No. 2 Ga Tech 8-2 on the brink of elimination. Since:
⚾ Outscored GT 21-7, winning twice
⚾ Swept Big 12 champ KU 21-3
⚾ Beat only top-8 seeds in Omaha
⚾ Won 10 of final 11
A truly remarkable title run! 👏
Why is the SAVE America Act even controversial?
Only American citizens should vote in American elections.
That shouldn’t be a partisan statement.
It should be COMMON SENSE.
The SAVE America Act is about one thing: protecting the integrity of our elections.
In Texas alone, thousands of non-citizens have been removed from voter rolls. In close elections, that can absolutely matter.
Every illegal vote cancels out the vote of a legal citizen.
And spare me the argument that requiring ID is somehow discriminatory.
I’m Black.
I’m a veteran.
I have 6 forms of government-issued ID.
The idea that Black and Hispanic Americans are somehow incapable of obtaining an ID is one of the most insulting forms of political condescension in modern politics.
Every American, regardless of race, religion, color, or creed, is capable of meeting the basic requirements to vote.
The SAVE America Act doesn’t suppress votes.
It PROTECTS votes.
And the Senate should put it to a VOTE.
Oklahoma HC Skip Johnson on being selfless teammates and in life.
“And we're trying to teach them in our culture to be selfless, to pick each other up. I mean, it's really what life's about. You think Jesus Christ was selfless? Absolutely. I mean, we live our life for that because of that reason.”
“So I think that's the biggest difference. Man, if you can teach those young men to be selfless in a selfish world, is really big to me. It's really big to me. When nobody cares who gets the credit, you can do amazing things. It's pretty amazing. And we're a reflection of those guys not caring.” — @CoachJohnsonOU
"I can't wait to see [my family]...that'll be one of the most special moments of my life" 🥹
@OU_Baseball's Kyle Branch gets the perfect national championship ending. Wait for the Branch family cameo 👀

🚨 ROB SCHNEIDER JUST NOW: "MLB screwed up! [For] Christians standing up for their beliefs is not OK? I am TIRED of Christianity being the doormat for everybody else's beliefs to step on us!"
🔥🔥🔥
It’s amazing how quickly the gatekeepers of culture decide what’s acceptable.
In June, every logo becomes a rainbow. Every stadium, every jersey, every broadcast gets a political message.
But put a Bible verse on your cap? Suddenly that’s “controversial.”
Put an American slogan front and center? Suddenly that’s “divisive.”
The NFL had no problem painting political movements in the end zone. Major League Baseball has no problem turning every June into a month-long corporate activism campaign.
Yet the moment someone wants to celebrate faith, patriotism, or traditional values, we’re told those things don’t belong in sports.
Funny how the people preaching inclusion always seem to have a very specific list of viewpoints they’re willing to include.
If rainbow logos belong in sports, then so do Bible verses.
If political messages belong in sports, then so do messages celebrating faith, family, and country.
The double standard isn’t subtle anymore. EVERYONE sees it.
“We found 146,000 kids so far. Some of these kids claimed that they were raped over 600 times. I don't care who you are. If you can't stand for law enforcement to go find these kids, who are you?” @SecMullinDHS
Patients across the country are waiting days, weeks, or even months for care their doctor already prescribed. And too often, it’s still denied.
Today, I urged the Senate to pass bipartisan legislation to stop insurance companies from standing between patients and the care they need.

BREAKING: Marco Rubio just said the quiet part out loud.
Americans work 40+ years…
Pay taxes.
Follow the rules.
Build the country.
Then retire on $800, $900, maybe $1,000 a month.
Meanwhile, new arrivals can allegedly receive more support from the same system they never paid into.
Read that again.
The people who built America are being pushed to the back of the line.
This is not compassion.
This is a government priority problem.
America First was never just a slogan.
It was a warning.
Who comes first?
The taxpayer… or the system?

🚨BREAKING:12-year-old boy who fought back against his school for pushing a book about changing genders speaks alongside President Trump at the Museum of the Bible:
"I've been a Christian my whole life, and Jesus means everything to me."
"I knew this was not right, but I was afraid of getting in trouble."
"After my family spoke up, the school treated us badly and kids started bullying me and my brother because of our faith."

College sports are being pulled apart by transfer chaos, constant litigation, shady NIL deals, disappearing rivalries, and a broken system that is leaving student athletes, schools, and fans without clear rules or real protections.
The Protect College Sports Act:
- Ends the roster chaos with national rules for transfers (one free undergrad) and eligibility (5-in-5)
- Creates enforceable standards on recruiting, tampering, and NIL disclosures
- Protects student athletes’ right to earn from their own NIL
- Enables enforcement of House settlement on revenue sharing and fake NIL deals
- Sanctions against agents that take advantage of student athletes, facilitate player poaching, and recruit tampering
- Protects women’s sports, Olympic sports, and scholarship opportunities
- Preserves historic rivalries
- Keeps college sports tied to education, so student athletes become successful adults
- Prohibits football coaches from quitting mid-season to be hired by another program
- Guarantees safety standards, health care, and an ombudsman for student athletes
- Makes TV money work for college sports with an option for schools to pool media rights
- Stops Super League consolidation
Dan Marino came to Capitol Hill today to advocate for the Protect College Sports Act.
College sports shaped his life. Now he’s helping lead the fight to protect them from transfer chaos, endless lawsuits, and an unsustainable status quo.
Legendary former Alabama football coach Nick Saban issues a stark warning on the devastating trajectory of college sports under current NIL rules.
"It's become an arms race, who spends the most has got the best chance to win.”
“But I think it's a race to the bottom because if you don't spend to win, you lose your fan base and you don't have any revenue."
This happened at a 14 year old travel ball game in Starkville yesterday between a coach and an umpire.
What are some of you adults doing? What kind of example are you setting for kids? Pathetic and embarrassing by everyone involved. Grow up.
ILHAN OMAR: "When I was in college, I took a terr*rism class."
She admits, while grinning, that she is trained in the methodology of Al Qaeda.
This simple confession disqualifies her from US citizenship.
Yet somehow she's a sitting member of Congress?!?
