@dustychipura But! My wife and I started a Trello board called *fun fun fun*
where we list out ideas for fun/inexpensive/safe things we could do.

When I’m depressed, those ideas can still feel impossible, but as I start to feel better, I can use those “recipes for fun.”

@dustychipura I have ADHD and chronic bouts of depression, so during those bouts and after them, I have a really hard time remembering fun things I used to like to do.
Triply so, since so many indoor things are not safe with Covid, plus I have newer physical and financial limitations.

Clarification: I have an #ADHD diagnosis and have been through 3 psychiatrists.
I have tried most conventional meds: most either make me sick or don’t work. The psychiatrists I’ve seen have run out of ideas for meds.

Trying to find a lead on a new doctor with new ideas.

Is there a reliable directory or app?
