I mean they tried that hey let’s do prequel, hey let’s do a reboot, then hey let’s do a prequel again and this time let’s put a renegade in charge, Then let’s repackage that tried again and see if that works any better. Only to watch it fail.

This is a bit of a rant but for various reasons I don’t drink alcohol mostly due to childhood trauma and abuse. The captain choosing a planet that gets you drunk, Just fucking pisses me off. What if crew members wanted a break that didn’t involve compromising their ability think.
