@JunoVero@BradeauxNBA@SethCPayne Nope. Our game against them in the IST made it 5 regular-season games + 7 playoff games. To match it, you'd have to meet a same-conference team in the IST and then get matched up in the playoffs and play 7 games against them. First time that's happened, afaik.
@LeoArcanum@brady_eason@ReggiSaxx He's almost always included in the top 10. If not, then the "Top 12" tier (MJ, Bron, Kareem, Magic, Kobe, Bird, Wilt, Tim, Hakeem, Bill, Shaq and Steph)
@KxngKhann@clutchfans On 52/44/80 shooting (70% TS) and excellent defense. Literally everyone has been clamoring for him to start because he's only playing like 20 mpg and has been our best shooter during that.
@stanfordkp Would be fun to throw in some Cam minutes to see what happens. His style of play might throw in enough wrenches into their defensive scheme to throw them off. And we know he's good enough for it.
@fyrebear I legitimately don't think it'll happen again in Game 4 either. Dunno if it'll be a repeat of Game 2 with Jimmy back, but I think they'll be a lot more stable now that they've been exposed to it. Trial by fire.
@SydneySwansHub@RooshWilliams I was thinking this exact same thing. First road playoff game in an EXTREMELY abrasive environment. If the first home game was tough when everyone was supporting you, I can imagine this is much worse.
@1605denis@PauloAlvesNBA Okay, but this is disingenuous. He got to have 3 years of OKC playoff development (playing similar minutes to what Jalen had in Game 1) in which he had multiple games under 10 points. It also took him 4 years of playoff runs to have a game like Jalen did last night.
@fyrebear That first playoff series is where Anthony Edwards made his leap from promising young player into borderline superstar... Jalen has a chance to do that tonight.
@AriWagner_@nsitto2 I mean you could, just feel like it's slightly redundant. They play basically the same role with the same playstyle. Definitely an interesting thought experiment, though.
@AbelGe87 Gotta say though, the most likely difference-maker in this series is gonna be #17. Don't care how the last two games went, that first game showed me something.
@AriWagner_@nsitto2 Houston ain't trading Sengun for Sabonis most likely. Sengun's defensive ability has already cleared Sabonis and he's much younger.
