@ZWOODHAMS@here4scandal@jonmachota@Tpars_boii You know what, I agree with you, he only had one tackle... But that tackle stopped back from making a touchdown and possibly winning the game... A lot of times it's not the quantity, but the quality that makes the difference...
@KattieGodfrey@here4scandal@jonmachota@Tpars_boii You know what, I agree with you, he only had one tackle... But that tackle stopped back from making a touchdown and possibly winning the game... A lot of times it's not the quantity, but the quality that makes the difference...
@Dmouuse1@jaydonson_83@therealjbigs@Rambat@TooWhiteToTweet But once a man is on the ground, jumping up in the air and landing back down on him can't have but one eventuality... If you saw a person smaller than you on the ground and you jumped up in the air and came down on them like a WWE wrestler, what do you think the effect would be?
@Dmouuse1@jaydonson_83@therealjbigs@Rambat@TooWhiteToTweet His intention was absolutely to hurt that other child, what exactly do you think he meant to do? He got up, the other guy was on the ground, I played football, And my intention was to hit them as hard as possible and knock them on their butts...
@jaydonson_83@therealjbigs@Dmouuse1@Rambat@TooWhiteToTweet Yes he definitely does, he's probably not a bad individual, he just probably hangs around people who are less scrupulous... A good solid male figure could probably lead this young man to a very good, prosperous life. When where he has a family that he takes care of and guides.
@Dmouuse1@jaydonson_83@therealjbigs@Rambat@TooWhiteToTweet Absolutely, because I believe he has been misguided by this world, he just needs a good solid male figure to give him a grounded view of how he should behave and how he should carry himself as a man.
@jaydonson_83@therealjbigs@Dmouuse1@Rambat@TooWhiteToTweet I agree with you It can definitely happen in an accident, but what that young man did was intentional, and if I was his father, he and I would have a long talk about sportsmanship and how to play the game... But maybe that's just me.
@therealjbigs@Dmouuse1@Rambat@TooWhiteToTweet Let's make it more personal, if that was you laying on the ground, would you be okay with a 300 lb individual, jumping up in the air and landing on you and breaking bones in your spine, and now you're in the hospital... What you think that it was okay, or not intentional?
@therealjbigs@Dmouuse1@Rambat@TooWhiteToTweet You saw the same video that I saw, did you see him stand up look down at a defenseless individual, and decide to jump in the air, and land back down on him again, while he was obviously not a threat to him anymore... Would you be okay with that if that was your child?
@therealjbigs@Dmouuse1@Rambat@TooWhiteToTweet Helmet to helmet, he could have caused a concussion or worse, a very easily could have fractured this guy's ribs, maybe to the point to where they puncture an organ... I don't understand how people don't realize that what you do in life has consequences...
@therealjbigs@Dmouuse1@Rambat@TooWhiteToTweet So you think that, he purposefully, stood up, jumped as high as his big butt could in the air, and landed back down on that guy because he was being friendly, or he feels like he's light as a feather and it's not going to do any damage?
@therealjbigs@Dmouuse1@Rambat@TooWhiteToTweet And at the very least he knows as big as he is, he could very well break bones, now did he mean to break bones in the guy's spine, not specifically, but he definitely meant to cause him harm... It's sad that people are out here defending unsportsmanlike conduct like this...
@therealjbigs@Dmouuse1@Rambat@TooWhiteToTweet And he knows what that weight can do, That's why he did what he did... I was a big guy, and my grandmother told me that I should never use my size to intimidate on harm another, unless I was protecting myself... He knew exactly what he was doing.
@therealjbigs@Dmouuse1@Rambat@TooWhiteToTweet Actually it is battery, but because he was wearing that gear, to be honest with you technically it could be considered aggravated assault... And while he may not have intentionally meant to break the kids spine, he definitely meant to hurt him, he knows how much he weighs...
@jaydonson_83@therealjbigs@Dmouuse1@Rambat@TooWhiteToTweet So have I, but it did not come from someone who was obviously and intentionally looking to harm me, this was malicious, this was something he got up, thought about it, and then dove back down, this was not playing, he was trying to harm him.
@excuser12@therealjbigs@Dmouuse1@Rambat@TooWhiteToTweet It matters because intent is one of the main determining factors in how much punishment should be given. Did you willfully and purposefully attempt to hurt this individual? What were your thought processes? that determines if you play anymore, because now you are dangerous.
