@Francoi89098260 My first answer was inadequate. By reviewing what other people's answers were, what I now think you were looking for is how to overcome a veto. That takes the legislative body (Congress) to calling it to question for a vote. It takes a 3/4 super majority to override a veto.

@Francoi89098260 The opposite of a veto is an APPROVAL signature concretely validated with ink and pen by the President's hand that turns the PROPOSED law, legislated and hashed out, into law. Any common citizen can write law and send it in to their legislator for their review and consideration.

@GoodwynPub @KeiraKReynolds His fasting puts a wrinkle on ANYTHING you would eat, Ellis. As a diabetic my wife has to eat. Many times I fast in front of her, and therefore understand the plight you are in right now. Honestly it is all right when you eat in front of him. It is HIS challenge, not yours.
