Horrible horrible experience with @SingaporeAir! Took 4 flights on @TurkishAirlines with the eligible codes for krisflyer credits. 3 flights got credited and now I am being made to run poll to post to get my 4th credited. @staralliance

@Trip@IndiGo6E@DGCAIndia@DGCAIndia, I do not think this is compliant that for booking a domestic airlineโs flight on an international OTA, the phone and email number is of a Chinese entity against the wishes of the passenger. As a result all communication about the flight updates are going to China

@Trip -I am a diamond+ member who in good faith booked a ticket for a 86 year old passenger who would obviously need wheel chair service. Thanks to your ridiculous API setup with carriers and clueless CS team I am unable to book any services for my passenger.
