The Warrior went from being the crown jewel of Sioux City to a vacant building for more than forty years, but now work to restore the Warrior Hotel and Davidson Building is just a few months from being completed.

Our newest and most current project The Warrior Hotel, is the first hotel in Souix City, IA to fly the Marriott BonVoy flag and we couldn't be more honored.
