We don’t label f, it's unhelpful, inaccurate and can be dangerous and destructive. Alternative terminology creates an environment for change. When the situation demands, if we have to give behaviour a name or role, we use harmed and harmer rather than victim or perpetrator.

Choices for Change allows for exploration of #ACEs within families and with supporters and challengers. The approach and steps within the model ensure transparency, remove illusions, ensuring safety and removing any opportunities for secrecy and collusion.

We work with, bi directional harm and we don’t neglect those causing harm as someone else’s problem, thus moving them on to the next person they might harm. We facilitate accountability and addressing behaviours.

RC supports reviews by being available for central government and local authorities to consult with on how to prevent families living with cyclical abuse.

Cost of safe domestic abuse services – A therapeutic programme for whole families, includes family supporters, grandparents or best friend - with accommodation our services are far more cost effective than hostel, gender exclusive services.
