ICYMI: Democrat State Senator L. Louise Lucas, the President Pro Tempore of the Virginia Senate, has been arrested.

The DOJ says the powerful Democrat is charged with racketeering conspiracy, marijuana distribution and money laundering.

Six others were indicted too, reportedly including members of her own family.

Prosecutors allege they ran an illegal marijuana enterprise through her cannabis business.

This came months after federal agents raided her office.

No one is above the law. Not even Democrats.

Illinois money is flooding other states.

MK Pritzker reportedly dropped $500,000 on Democrat Amy Acton's campaign for Ohio governor, and Democrat JB Pritzker cheered it on.

JB Pritzker also reportedly gave $1 million to Keisha Lance Bottoms in Georgia.

Illinois has crushing taxes, crime and people fleeing.
