@IvanGarciaDh@Iberia Been tweeting #Iberia_en for 12h along with many others that their web search and booking isn’t working. Either #Iberia doesn’t want any bookings or is living under a rock but I will have to book with Air Europa because they refuse to acknowledge and fix their issue.
@StrangeDesign3 @Iberia_en#Iberia_en nobody is able to use your web search and book flights and you say there’s no problem? My relative in Spain tried booking all morning. I’m in Australia and it’s not working for the last 12h. Booking with Air Europa because you don’t care and we can’t wait any longer
@Iberia_en @StrangeDesign3 #Iberia_en were obviously all having the same issue that we cannot search for flights. Rather than collecting screenshots from everyone wouldn’t it be time to fix it??
@facebook your help centre is not helpful if it doesn’t provide help. You don’t accept my Id and provide no real help at all. My Id shows all you require but you refuse to help me access my data. Not happy!
@facebook please employ someone to help people get back into their accounts. You don’t accept my Id but the person who took over my account didn’t have to prove anything.
@facebook your help centre does Not help. With all those people on your books, you cannot even provide a human to speak to for disabled accounts. Shame on you. Should have closed my account when I still could.
@facebook suggesting to upload my Id with personal details you do not have about me and only part of my Facebook name does NOT help to get back into my account which has been taken over. And nobody to speak to for help. I don’t want a copy of my Id on your servers.
@facebook the person that took over my account did not have to Id themselves. It’s Not ok that you won’t accept my Id and I don’t have any way to close my account and delete personal data and photos. And no, your help pages do Not help
@facebook someone changed my account email and after changing my pw you want me to upload my id. I’m not willing to due to security & logical reasons, please provide another way and do not refer me to your help section because it does not help.
@cybex_global I can’t find the cloud z capsule anywhere in Australia. Please tell me you’ll distribute to an Aussi reseller soon as we’re sadly not allowed to import and use car seats ourselves here.
