He found the San Rafael Valley—the last open wildlife corridor on the entire U.S.-Mexico border. The last place jaguars can still move between two countries.

They're building a wall through it.

30 feet of steel. 27 miles. The administration waived the Endangered Species Act, the Clean Water Act, the Clean Air Act, and NEPA to build it faster.

No environmental review. No mitigation. Just a $309 million contract and a signature that erased every law protecting this land.

Border crossings here are down 78%. Wildlife experts say almost no one crosses in this valley. The jaguars cross more than the people do.

86% of jaguar habitat along this border is already walled off. The San Rafael Valley is what's left.

Cinco crossed right through the construction zone.
