This transaction is illegal because they cannot use my bank account that has not been used for any transactions with them since I cancelled my old adsl account.

1/3 This is a fraud alert that is being carried out by MWEB themselves. MWEB are finding your details, email address old and current that is attached to their web page and are saying that you are active on that page so they will from now on charge you via a DEBIT ORDER RR29:00

2/3 a month until you cancel the subscription without refunding any money that they took from you. They are calling this “MIGPROMO”.

In my case they found my wife’s email address of over 20 years ago and one she has not used since , linked that to my old account
