@CoyDavidsonCRE Same. I was just saying this morning that I will pay a monthly but not commit to longer term usage with the pace of new tech tools coming out (weekly). And we’re likely only seeing the output from the initial AI wave as those biz’s finally have their products ready to launch.

@RE_Ari18 Still see pent up interest with low vacancy rates in retail. Solid opps in new builds but cost of capital killing local biz build out options. Working with devs & owners to pivot where possible. Natl tnts passing on ATX for better economics in HTX and DFW. Quality 2nd gen is king
