I’ll say this again for the people in the back. Normalize talking to your co workers about pay rate. It’s a stigma put into place to keep people from getting their deserved pay.
If ever there’s a time when I get the crisp new 1$ bills, I either give them back in the nightly deposit or to rude customers. Anything to spoil their day a little
I think it just hit me this year will be the first Christmas in years that I’m not doing a bunch of sign changes on Christmas Eve. So my family’s Christmas traditions are hitting so much harder. 🥹
It’s been almost a month since I left the old work place and I’ve literally lost weight, spent more time with my family, been on a road trip had more of a social life. I feel so peaceful.
Last year, I promised myself that I wouldn’t be working at my current job for another holiday season… today I can proudly say I’m keeping that promise. It’s my last day y’all!
