I find it funny that reps tell me their #dearcustomer is upset cuz their return cannot be accepted so they want an exception. Not my fault they didn't relay the info gently or not inform their customer of our policies. 🤦♀️ #AdultingIsHard#CSLife (had to correct my bad grammar 🤣)
I messed with a #dearcustomer today. She kept saying she had to pay shipping for her exchange. I kept saying she needed to pay for postage to send her return and shipping is free for her exchange. #OneComesFromAPostOffice#CsLife
