@baby_paralegal No, you go straight to the waiting helicopter and take him to Italy where Drs are willing to try something new, and keep him alive. And I can't see how killing anyone can have a better effect on him than keeping him alive, He's not suffering at the moment...

@Ixistant @WelshGasDoc My point is that the Doctors shouldn't be a side in such a case, their job is to heal, if they can't they've failed and should let others try. And I don't buy the nonsense about quality of life, whose to decide what quality of life is worth keeping?

@HEDonaldson @drjanaway I agree that if Doctors have a certain treatment plan then one can debate if parents should be allowed to argue. But switching off life support and starting a baby is no treatment plan, whats more, the parents should surely always be allowed to choose other Doctors!! #AlfieEvans
