The bill acknowledges the unique position of power that clergy hold and how it can be used to abuse those under them.

If I may? The confusion comes in when GOD calls us to ministry and the boys playing religion tell us GOD isn’t allowed to do what we know He did.

Since we’re not allowed to play the boys game of religion (& are told that GOD is the one who made the mistake) GOD is made to look like an inconsistent jerk. Rather than deal with the all the clutter & confusion, we just lose our faith in the whole hot mess.

After a few decades, Jesus calls us back to Himself. We come back wiser to the games of religious boys. We don’t need the Christian Temple System any more. We already have our King Jesus living inside of us and are therefore more powerful than all the boys combined.

What isn’t of Him will be tested and only the gold & silver will remain. ✌️

Brian has a pup. The fell has not seen one in a while, and the fell has opinions, and so does the pup, and almost none of them are correct yet.

His name is Moss. He is a Border Collie, fourteen weeks old, black and white and entirely convinced, and he has arrived on a Cumbrian hill to learn the oldest job a dog has in this country, which is to move sheep without harming a hair on them, using nothing but position, patience, and the strange ancient power that a collie carries in its eyes.

Because that is the thing about a collie, the intricacy that makes the breed what it is. A collie does not herd by chasing or biting. It herds by "the eye," a fixed, crouching, predatory stare inherited straight from the wolf, the look that says to a sheep "I am a hunter and you will move," delivered by a dog that has been bred for a century and a half to feel the entire predatory sequence right up to the final pounce and then stop, and hold, and never complete it. A working sheepdog is a wolf that has been taught to do everything except the last thing. The control is the whole art.

Moss has the eye. He does not yet have the control. He has, this week, "gathered" a watering can, a wheelbarrow, three hens belonging to the neighbour, and Brian's wife's washing, dropping into the crouch and giving each of them the full ancestral stare before attempting to move it somewhere it did not wish to go.

Brian is not worried. Brian has done this before, more times than he will say, and he knows that the instinct arriving wrong and early is exactly how it is meant to arrive, and that the job now is years of patient shaping, the pup working beside an older dog and an older man until the wolf in him learns the one rule that makes him useful instead of dangerous: everything except the last thing.

Moss gave Doris the eye on Tuesday.

Doris, who has been stared at by better, carried on grazing.

Moss sat down, confused. The first lesson on the fell, delivered free, by a ewe: the look only works on something that believes it. He has a great deal to learn. He is exactly where he should be.

I’m not going to delete YouVersion. I appreciate the exposure of a bad translations, but there is a worse one:

Did you know that KJV implied that Paul had condemned every gay man to hell by using a metaphor rather than accurately translating Paul’s words?

Then, the NKJV dumped the metaphor and openly mistranslated Paul’s words to condemn every gay man to hell?

I can’t imagine the number of suicides they will be held accountable for. They have sown such confusion, discord, and hate of our King Jesus that the damage they have caused is immeasurable. May GOD have mercy on their souls.

What I hear Erick saying is that it’s our faith that saves in man’s consensus of what the Bible means which (lucky for Erick) he already knows!

Faith in Jesus doing the saving? Nah!

At some point (determined by Erick & his buddies) we cross an invisible line of agreement with their Biblical opinions and suddenly we’re saved! So Erick & his buddies are our saviors, not Jesus!

Yeah actually to be a Christian, one must accept the Trinity. it is Christianity 101. And I appreciate there are lots of people out there who disagree, but they are, in fact, wrong. They can complain all they want, but the Trinity is a basic Christian belief.

Obey Scriptures? No. The SBC is obeying their groups’ self-serving, Biblical opinions which are not inspired or inerrant like they want to fool us into thinking.

See, following a Biblical Salad Buffet is different than following a Living King Jesus.

King Jesus’ Prime Directives:
1. Love GOD with all your heart, mind, soul, & strength.
2. Love others by treating them like you would want to be treated.

Jesus told us these two things were the reason GOD gave us the whole Old Testament. Any Biblical nonsense we come up with that is contrary to GOD’s purposes for Scripture is on us.

Subjugating women & making them worship our male peacocks 🦚 and their Biblical opinions instead of our King Jesus means we have officially missed GOD’S point for giving us Scriptures. ✌️

King Jesus tore down the Temple in 70 AD. We resurrected it from the debris pile and created a Christian Temple System.

In Exodus 19 & 20, every Israelite (male, female, children) was invited up Mount Sinai to come into a personal relationship with GOD. The invitation was to make each one of them (male, female, children) a priest to the other nations. Instead, they refused and demanded a Temple System like they enjoyed in Egypt with a priest standing between themselves and the gods to tell them what to do.

GOD gave them what they demanded and suddenly there’s only one tribe of Levi being priests to the other tribes and the other nations were left to fend for themselves except reluctantly like Jonah.

When Jesus came, we were again offered to come into a personal relationship with GOD. Many of us have refused and cling to the Egyptian’s Temple System that the Israelites demanded that GOD give them. ✌️

How did Christianity get to the point where I'm expected to "tithe" or "give" my share to support a vast theater complex that sits empty 98% of the time, staffed by a team of professionals who do who-knows-what and is led by one professional who does who-knows-what except for a half hour speech on Sunday morning, which is the point of the entire enterprise, and I'm supposed to feel weird if I even think that any of these professionals should actually care on a personal level whether I live or die?

How's that for a run-on sentence?
