@MdBreathe That would be anti-democratic and anti-choice. I thought we had enough of mandates during the Biden administration. I want to have mRNA vaccines available so I can live longer and be healthier. If you take that away, you belong in the same jail cell where Dr Fauci belongs.

The temporary, negative power of a judge is not the same as the positive executive power of the commander in chief, even if the CiC was elected only by a slight majority of the people. The judicial power may or may not be excessive and overly broad, but it's not what you're calling it.
@Cernovich His popularity is irrelevant to the question. Same answer for a popular president as for an unpopular president. Also, "what he was elected to do" is irrelevant. What matters is whether his action is legal or not.
