President Trump posted on Truth Social this evening:

"IF YOU GO AFTER ME, I'M COMING AFTER YOU!"

I have a few things to say about this.

If I was innocent I wouldn't be trying to intimate the prosecutors or the witnesses or the potential jury. What I would be doing is posting the reasons why I am innocent and welcoming a free and fair trial.

If I was arrested on multiple felonies, made bond and returned home to Tweet out "IF YOU GO AFTER ME, I'M COMING AFTER YOU!" I would almost certainly be arrested.

- Innocent people usually spend their time fighting for the truth.

- Guilty people spend their time attacking those who discovered their crimes.

My home was raided by Homeland security in 2016. They accused me of wire fraud and money laundering. I literally spent months sorting through documents to prove that I broke no laws. I never ONCE attacked the people who were investigating me. In fact I helped them, and ultimately was never even arrested or charged with a crime.

Wake up America.

BREAKING: Trumper FOX “News” host Jesse Watters gets humiliated on his on show in front of millions of live FOX viewers after he tries to defend Donald Trump over Trump’s indictment for his Big Lie and failed attempt to steal Biden’s win.

It all started when liberal FOX News contributor Jessica Tarlov pointed out to Watters that it was recently revealed that Donald Trump blew up at Mike Pence for refusing to help him steal Biden’s win during a closed-door meeting shortly before January 6, telling Pence that he is “too honest.”

Then, Tarlov declared that this helps prove that Trump “knew that he lost the election.” At this point, a flustered Jesse Watters quickly cut her off, shamelessly telling Tarlov, “Wait a minute! You’re gonna try to say that Donald Trump KNEW that he lost!? There’s no way that it’s gonna be proven in court that Trump KNEW that he lost! He STILL thinks that he’s president!”

At this point, Tarlov struck back at Watters with a zinger for the ages, telling Waters, “Well then, the insanity defense is available!”

At this point, Watters was left speechless — and even the rest of the conservatives at the roundtable laughed in his face.

A Federal Judge has thrown out Trump’s defamation lawsuit against CNN.

Trump was trying to sue CNN for calling his election lies “the big lie.”

Judge Raag Singhal ruled that calling Trump’s statements about the election “a big lie” is not defamation because calling Trump’s election statements a lie, itself is not a false statement.

The judge did rule that the phrase itself (“The Big Lie”), which is a propaganda technique that Adolf coined the name of, was “repugnant” and “odious” but clearly stated that it is “not defamation when it does not include false statements of fact.”

It was in fact a lie that Trump was telling.

Another win for the truth.
Another loss for anti-semitic tropes.
Another loss for Trump.
