NYAG argues Gemini misrepresented its Earn product as liquid and safe and that Genesis, DCG, Silbert, and Moro “disguised $1.1 billion in losses through a months-long campaign of misstatements, omissions, and concealment.”
Here, NYAG says that Genesis wasn’t honest with Gemini.
New York Attorney General Letitia James ⚖️ is suing Gemini, Genesis, and Digital Currency Group, alleging they defrauded over 230,000 investors, including 29,000 New Yorkers, of over $1 billion.
The lawsuit centers on Gemini Earn and the offering of high-interest rate products.
The next hearing for the Genesis bankruptcy case has been pushed back (again) to Nov. 16 at 2 p.m. ET. That's when the court could approve Genesis' disclosure statement, a move that would bring the company closer to emerging from bankruptcy.
@Ameziane09 @nuisance911 @Gemini I initiated before the news break on halt redemption as well. Nothing’s in for earn redemption. This is all of my life savings

The pair is progressing in this triangle for years.
It might be time for #Ethereum to go crazy after the #ETHMerge
Could you see this scenario happening anytime soon?
