First representative James was lovely & transfered me to Jose to set up a new account.
After 18 mins on the phone, he just disconnected & I’m on hold again.
23 mins later, I’m still on hold

@SCE amazing how 2 days in a row I’ve called, been on hold over 20 mins.
At least yesterday after 2 calls, the 2nd call being 30 mins on hold, I was told the office was closed.
Are they understaffed?
I can’t log into my account & need a human. Wow! 🤦🏻‍♀️
