Mexican truckers are still blocking the border because they got caught stealing American loads.

B-1 is for international freight. Not Walmart to Phoenix. Not nine days of “the load became American.” That’s cabotage. That’s a U.S. job.

DOT and CBP finally started pulling visas instead of looking the other way. Twenty-five thousand and counting. Drivers are screaming for “clearer rules.” The rule was never unclear.

Thank this administration for treating American truckers like they matter.

The videos flooding social media right now from deportees dropped off in Mexico prove the entire enforcement landscape has fundamentally changed—and it is a complete nightmare scenario on the ground. 🚨✈️

For years, the standard procedure was dropping people off in border cities like Tijuana, where established shelters at least provided a safe place to sleep, eat, and shower. Not anymore.

Deportees are now reporting being scattered across all parts of Mexico—including tourist hubs like Cancun—and virtually dumped straight onto the streets to fend for themselves with absolutely nothing.

The reality being recorded on the ground right now is staggering:
•The Financial Illusion: They are being dropped off with no cell phones, no cash, and handed debit cards that have a grand total of zero dollars on them.
•The ID Lockdown: All U.S.-issued identification is confiscated. They are handed a flimsy piece of paper identification that local Mexican establishments and banks completely refuse to accept.
•The Western Union Trap: Because they lack valid, accepted ID, they can’t even walk into a Western Union or money transfer location to receive emergency funds sent by loved ones. They are completely locked out of the financial system.
They are stuck, homeless, stripped of communication, and stranded in unfamiliar cities with no shelter infrastructure.

Those on the ground are putting out a massive warning to everyone else: the current deportation protocol is harsher, more chaotic, and way worse than it has ever been before. The safety nets are completely gone.

One of the most remarkable things about Canada is how easily political theatre works on Eastern Canadian voters.

Mark Carney can walk away from a trade deal, turn confrontation with our largest trading partner into a political strategy, and much of Eastern Canada will applaud it as courageous leadership.

Albertans look at the same thing and ask why anyone would willingly sacrifice jobs, investment and prosperity for a polling boost.

That isn’t merely left versus right.

It increasingly feels like two different peoples with fundamentally different economic interests, political instincts and definitions of common sense sharing one federal government.

The incompatibility is becoming impossible to ignore.

The Conservative Party of Canada has launched a campaign encouraging Albertans to stay in Canada.

It is worth being honest about what is going on here.

Alberta is the Conservative base.

Most of the party's safest seats are in this province. If Alberta leaves, the CPC loses its path to government. That is not an attack. It is just the math, and it explains why this campaign exists now.

Albertans should ask a different question. Not whether the CPC wants us to stay, but whether staying actually fixes anything.

The Conservatives governed Canada for nine years, four of them with a majority. They are good people who wanted to help Alberta. But look at the record.

Senate reform did not happen.

Equalization did not change.

Alberta's voice in Ottawa did not grow.

That was not a failure of effort. It was a failure of the system.

Real Senate reform requires a constitutional amendment.

So does ending equalization.

So does any permanent change to how Ottawa treats Alberta.

An amendment needs seven provinces representing half the population. The provinces that receive equalization hold enough votes to block it.

That means the provinces receiving Alberta's money would have to agree to stop receiving it.

That is not going to happen. Not under a Conservative government. Not under any government.

So the choice in front of Albertans is not Conservative or Liberal. It is whether we keep asking a system that cannot say yes, or build one that can.

Independence is the only path that does not depend on Ottawa's permission.

That is not about being against Canada. It is about Albertans finally being able to solve Albertan problems.
